Emergency Lighting : The MIRAGE LIGHT LTA has the largest emergency Light surface available on the market, thus improving the visibility of the vehicle and maintenance of the lights. Construction : State of the art raised roof made exclusively of Light composite material that lowers the center of gravity and meets AMD-001 Roll Over Protection. The aerodynamic roofline increases fuel economy and improves road handling especially in strong winds. This vehicle has the lowest Drag Coefficient of the industry. The configuration of this ambulance will accommodate one wheeled main cot and a secondary stretcher (Folding emergency stretcher; Stair-chair etc.) on the squad bench when required. The conversion’s electrical harness is made of GXL and SXL wires that are colored and individually coded. The electrical components are independent of the chassis and protected by a proven fail-safe 3 battery system. Micro-console incorporated to the dash board. 4 X 4 conversion available. Attendant rear facing thermo-formed (stichless) bucket seat at the head of the main cot with swivel, slide and recline features. Bacteriostatic, slip-resistant, fire retardant and anti-static floor covering that is extending 3 in. high on each side over a full lenght aluminum extrusion. The patient compartment is designed for a maximum storage capability without jeopardizing space for proper patient care, easy maintenance and decontamination. Fiberglass grille designed to incorporate the light/speaker (2) combination equipment. Moulded bright finish "ABS" interior trim and unique medical cabinet made of anodized aluminum extrusion, designed for safety and long lasting. Deeper side entrance stepwell. Note 1 : Incomplete vehicle package - requires further manufacture and certification by a final stage manufacturer. Ford vehicles are suitable for producing ambulances only if equipped with the Ford Ambulance Preparation Package. Using a Ford vehicle without the Ford Preparation Package to produce an ambulance voids the Ford Warranty. |
